You have to be at least 16 years of age to enter your child. An entrant over the age of sixteen (16) but under the age of majority in his/her province of residence must have parent or legal guardian consent to his/her participation. Proof of identification and parental consent must be provided upon request. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified.
This is open to residents of Canada only. Unfortunately, this is not open to residents of the province of Quebec.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.

As the parent or legal guardian of the subject of the photograph, I hereby expressly give my consent to The Family Channel Inc. ("Family") and authorize Family to use my and/or my child(ren)'s name, city or province of residence, image, photograph, and likeness (collectively the "Elements"), in perpetuity, in Family's sole discretion and in all media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, on the Disney Junior Canada website, Disney Junior Channel without compensation.
I understand that the Elements are uploaded at my own risk. While I understand that Family will take reasonable preventative measures, I acknowledge that Family cannot control the actions of third parties and that Family shall not be responsible for the copying, reproduction, downloading, transmission, and/or posting of the Elements by third parties on other websites and/or elsewhere on the internet.
By indicating my agreement below and by providing and/or uploading Elements, I agree that I shall fully and forever discharge and release Family and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever including, without limitation, any and all claims based upon copyright or trade-mark infringement, moral rights infringement, invasion of privacy, publicity, personality, and/or defamation, and/or from any breach of my representations and warranties hereunder, which I, my heirs, executors, or administrators may have in respect of or relating to the use of Elements. I will not be entitled to rescind or interfere with Family's use and enjoyment of the rights I have granted to Family. I hereby waive any and all moral rights which I may have in connection with the Elements. I also acknowledge that Family shall not be obligated to use the Elements or to post and/or broadcast any materials it creates using the Elements.
The contest is open to residents of Canada only, except residents of Quebec, and excluding employees (and their immediate family members or persons with whom they are domiciled) of Family, Mabel's Labels (the "Sponsors") or their respective advertising and promotional agencies. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Contest void where prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION
A random draw will be held at Family's offices located at 181 Bay Street, Brookfield Place, Toronto, Ontario from all eligible photo entries received, to randomly select twenty (20) photos per month that will be posted on the family.ca website.
Each of the twenty (20) selected entries will receive a custom set of Mabel's Labels with your child's first name on them (approximate value of $48.00CDN.) (the "Prize").
Prior to being awarded the Prize, the selected entrants will be required to answers a mathematical skill testing question, and if an entrant is over the age of sixteen (16) but has not yet reached the age of majority in his/her Province of residence, their respective parent or legal guardian must sign the declaration and release forms on their behalf in order for the winner to claim his/her prize.
Mabel's Labels shall deliver prizes to the declared winners.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions are available except Family reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, with one of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value.

Each entrant agrees to waive all rights with respect to print and broadcast publicity. By entering the contest and accepting a prize, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner hereby consents to the reasonable use by the Sponsors of the winner's photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry form and the name and age of the winner without any further compensation for any future promotional activity. Each entrant consents and agrees to the Sponsor's collection and use of the information provided by the entrant for the purpose of administering this Contest. Each entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and Regulations.
Disney Junior is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of registration or entry information which may affect an entrants' inability to get through on the internet during the promotion or ability to participate in the Contest, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed/corrupted data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, any inability to access the site, or damage to a user's system occasioned by participating in the Contest, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations.
Disney Junior reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend a contest for any reason, including without limitation in the event of any printing, administrative error, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Disney Junior reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Disney Junior is not responsible for preemption, cancellation, or interruption, in whole or in part, of any Disney Junior contest related programming.
Each entrant agrees to indemnify and release Family from any and all third party claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions and/or causes of action whatsoever relating to the use of the Elements, including claims based on copyright or trade-mark infringement, invasion of privacy, publicity or defamation.
